Fond memories of watching Alex Cox introducing cult movies on BBC2 - Andromeda Strain, Boston Strangler…I think he sealed my interest in movies as a curator, rather than a director.
Apparently he’s been blacklisted for 20 yrs for being anti-Reagan (seems a bit odd, I mean Oliver Stone’s still belting them out)
