One Country’s Table Scraps, Another Country’s Meal - New York Times
27% of food in the US wasted, apparently. I think my ‘household’ wastes 10-15% of food (especially ‘fresh’ vegetables).
We need more local, just in time purchasing in smaller, single meal quantities
